FAQs
Your questions, answered
What does the package number represent?
It represents the number of umbrellas in one package. The total also includes your selected number of packages.
Can I choose the size or colour?
Ask the team about available specifications before ordering. A particular size or colour is not guaranteed by the quantity selection.
Will this be shipped to my home?
This is a donation for a service carried out by the organisation. The items or service benefit the recipients described on this page, rather than being shipped to the donor.
Can I receive distribution documentation?
Yes, if you request it. Choose email or another contact method and provide the address, number or account to use.
When will my service be fulfilled?
Timing depends on the selected service, season and availability. Contact the team before ordering to confirm the schedule, specifications and documentation arrangements.
