FAQs
Your questions, answered
How is the quantity calculated?
Mats per package multiplied by the number of packages gives the total number of prayer mats.
Are the material and design specified?
Confirm the available specifications with the team before ordering. Designs and materials are not specified by the package number.
Will this be shipped to my home?
This is a donation for a service carried out by the organisation. The items or service benefit the recipients described on this page, rather than being shipped to the donor.
Can I receive distribution documentation?
Yes, if you request it. Choose email or another contact method and provide the address, number or account to use.
When will my service be fulfilled?
Timing depends on the selected service, season and availability. Contact the team before ordering to confirm the schedule, specifications and documentation arrangements.
