FAQs
Your questions, answered
What gift will be distributed?
Confirm the current gift contents with the team. The original listing is for Tasbih; the package quantity alone does not define a gift set.
How many gifts are in my order?
Gift units per package multiplied by your number of packages gives the total units. Confirm the contents of each unit before ordering.
Will this be shipped to my home?
This is a donation for a service carried out by the organisation. The items or service benefit the recipients described on this page, rather than being shipped to the donor.
Can I receive distribution documentation?
Yes, if you request it. Choose email or another contact method and provide the address, number or account to use.
When will my service be fulfilled?
Timing depends on the selected service, season and availability. Contact the team before ordering to confirm the schedule, specifications and documentation arrangements.
