FAQs
Your questions, answered
Who receives the food baskets?
The existing service is for families in need in Makkah and Madinah. This differs from the services for distributing gifts to pilgrims.
What is included and which Ramadan is available?
Contact the team to confirm contents and the available Ramadan season. The retained URL contains 2025; it does not establish availability for a later season.
Will this be shipped to my home?
This is a donation for a service carried out by the organisation. The items or service benefit the recipients described on this page, rather than being shipped to the donor.
Can I receive distribution documentation?
Yes, if you request it. Choose email or another contact method and provide the address, number or account to use.
When will my service be fulfilled?
Timing depends on the selected service, season and availability. Contact the team before ordering to confirm the schedule, specifications and documentation arrangements.
